Generally responsible for installation of components of fuel dispensing equipment and other related systems under the direction of the mechanic(s) to which he/she is assigned. Specifically responsible for maintaining tools and materials stocks in the work area of the mechanic, aiding the mechanic in activities which require it, and for certain other preparatory, maintenance or follow up tasks that aid in the efficiency of the mechanic. Consistently demonstrates proficiency in all essential duties.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Locates, retrieves, handles, sorts, organizes or prepares tools, equipment and materials as directed. Works directly with mechanic to install equipment and related items. Installs tanks, backfill, FRP pipe, flexible pipe, steel pipe or other components as
directed. Operates tools and equipment necessary to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks. Completes all assigned tasks quickly, completely and consistent with quality standards set by the company.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Drivers license (current, unrestricted, and free of moving violations) OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER certification (current)
Other skills & Abilities:
Familiarity with installation methods, materials and standards of the petroleum equipment industry (preferred).
