Petroleum Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of long-time team member Bob Bissen to the position of Commercial Sales Manager. For the past 16 years, we have seen Bob’s hard work and dedication to PSI and this industry. His performance in sales has been influential for PSI’s reputation in customer relations and problem resolution.
Commercial sales at PSI have always been one of our core skill sets. Over the years we have developed good relationships with local municipalities and other public sector customers and hope to only strengthen these relationships in the future. As the market evolves, challenges will surface and new opportunities will arise. We see this as one of those events and welcome the expected result of a strong response to our customers’ needs. We started on this path in 2017 with a dedicated Commercial Sales Representative, Jason Cortes, and through this effort we have been able to broaden our work with existing customers. In addition, PSI is committed to supporting our commercial efforts with more trained service technicians across our regional offices, offering our commercial customers the same level of service as our retail customers.
In assuming his new duties as Commercial Sales Manager, Bob is tasked with growing our presence in the commercial sector across Texas. While our existing commercial relationships will be maintained by our current sales force, Bob will maintain oversight over any commercial sales opportunity, including remodels and service contracts while also helping to resolve any issues that arise. In addition, he will lead training efforts on pricing strategies and new products for sales staff and supporting departments.
Quality and customer service have been Bob’s hallmark throughout his career, and we look forward to his ability to achieve this in his role as our new Commercial Sales Manager.
